This roll-to-sheet cutter converts 70–200gsm paper into A4/A3 sheets, handling widths of 800/1100/1400mm and jumbo rolls up to Ø1400mm.
It features a floating shafted unwinder with 3” airshaft. Ultrasonic web guide and pneumatic dancer roller guarantee stable high-speed feeding. Servo control delivers precise cutting with heavy-duty long-life steel blades on Hiwin rails. It comes with air blowing, static elimination and rotary slitter for edge trimming.
The combined main and side conveyor stacker stacks sheets neatly and connects to packing machines. Equipped with Panasonic PLC and 7” Weinview touchscreen, it supports multi-language, auto counting, tension control and fault diagnosis.
