KY high-speed adhesive sticker slitter rewinder handles self-adhesive rolls, wood-free paper, coated paper, white cardboard, release paper, non-woven fabrics and other packaging substrates. It features a hydraulic auto-loading unwinder integrated with web guiding system. Servo-controlled slitting and rewinding sections deliver stable high-speed operation. Fitted with straight / circular knife slitting options and a trim extraction fan to remove edge trims. Front & rear slip shaft rewinding (air shaft optional per material), paired with track-type automatic unloading to reduce labor input. PLC system manages cutting length with automatic counting and alarm-stop functions.
