Machine Introduction

This dual unwinder & traction KY-W 2 rolls conveyor roll to sheet cutter features hydraulic shaftless unwinding for jumbo rolls up to Ø1400mm, 1800kg. Ultrasonic web guide and pneumatic dancer rollers maintain stable feeding. Servo cutting ensures precise length; heavy cast knife holder and premium steel blades deliver clean, durable cuts, with rotary slitter and waste blower for edge trimming.Mobile conveyor stacker supports continuous batch production. Powered by Panasonic PLC and 7” Weinview touchscreen, it provides multi-language options, parameter preset, auto counting, tension regulation and on-board fault diagnosis.
