KY-W differential shaft paper slitter rewinder features a floating shaft-less hydraulic unwinder, handling jumbo rolls up to Φ1400 mm and 1800 kg. It adopts magnetic brake PLC tension control, ultrasonic web guiding and optional closed-loop load cell tension system. Servo-driven traction with synchronous belt and adjustable pneumatic nip ensures stable material conveying. Equipped with dual slitting modes of rotary shear knives and razor blades plus a 2.2kW trim suction fan. The duplex rewinding system applies dual differential shafts with SMC proportional valves, laser core alignment and anti-static devices, with a discharge shelf for efficient roll replacement. Controlled by a 10” Siemens touchscreen PLC, it supports multi-language switching, automatic tension & diameter calculation, one-button speed adjustment, fault diagnosis and switchable airshaft/differential shaft modes.
