KY-W compact paper slitting rewinding machine features a hydraulic shaft-less unwinder for jumbo rolls up to Φ1400 mm and 1800 kg. It uses magnetic brake PLC tension control, ultrasonic web guide and optional closed-loop tension system. Servo traction with adjustable pneumatic nip ensures stable web transport. Fitted with 4 sets rotary shear knives and a 2.2kW trim suction fan. The single center winding system adopts one 3” air shaft, servo tension control, pneumatic lay-on roller and hydraulic unloading. Operated via 10” Siemens touchscreen PLC, it supports multi-language, auto tension & diameter control, preset alarm-stop, one-button speed-up and fault diagnosis.
