KY-W paper surface winding slitter rewinder features a hydraulic shaft-less unwinder for jumbo rolls up to Φ1400 mm and 1800 kg. It applies magnetic brake PLC tension control, ultrasonic web guide and optional closed-loop tension system. Servo traction with adjustable pneumatic nip ensures stable running. Supported with dual rotary shear and razor blade slitting plus 3kW trim fan. The dual-airshaft surface rewinding system adopts 3-servo tension control and automatic air-oil lay-on pressure for precise narrow roll winding. Equipped with 10” Siemens PLC touchscreen for auto tension control, one-button speed-up, fault diagnosis and multi-language operation.
