This KY-W slitter rewinder features a heavy-duty floating shaft-less unwinder with 3” & 6” step chucks, handling jumbo rolls up to Φ1800 mm / 3600 kg. It adopts PLC tension control with Italian RE pneumatic brake, Pausource ultrasonic web guide and optional load-cell closed-loop tension. The traction unit comes with dancer roller, banana spreader and servo traction rollers. Fitted with 10 sets of SKD rotary shear knives and a 3kW trim suction fan. Its dual-side rewinding system has two reinforced 3” air shafts (max Φ1500), dual servo motors, hydraulic roll unloading and adjustable pneumatic lay-on roller. Equipped with 10” Siemens touchscreen PLC, supporting multi-language, auto tension/diameter control, meter/diameter alarm-stop, one-button speed-up and fault diagnosis.
